How does the return policy work?

If you received the item which is not as described or in a damage condition, please contact us using ‘Contact Us’ page on our website within 3 days of delivery and we will respond to all requests within 72 hours or less with resolution or next steps.

What is the return policy for self pickup orders?

For self pickup orders, you are requested to pickup your order within 3 days of payment and after pickup you still get 3 days to return your order. However, if you delay pickup beyond 3 days, return window for that order gets closed. You can still pickup your order at a later date but you do not get the option to return the order for any reason what so ever.

What is the return policy if I request for delayed shipment?

We usually ship all orders within 24 hours of payment. However, if you want to delay your shipment, you can do so. If you request for delayed shipment by maximum 3 days, you will get regular 3 days to return your order after delivery. However, if you request delayed shipment by more than 3 days then return window for the order gets closed after 3 days of payment and you don’t get the option to return the order for any reason what so ever.

How will I receive my refund?

Refunds are processed back to the original payment method used to purchase the order. Typically, you can expect your payment provider to credit you for your refund within 14 business days. If you are having trouble locating your refund, we recommend contacting your payment provider for further assistance.

Is there anything else I need to know?

Once we receive the item back with original tags and accessories, we do initiate full refund. However, please note that in case you have paid any custom duty or taxes to Government of your country or any return shipping changes if you have paid, we are unable to refund those changes.
